Can you complain about support?

iScending: I'm actually at home, waiting for food to be done as I'm back in the office in 10 hours but this topic....it needs some sorting.   OP, it's very simple: if you don't provide the details asked for you won't get the account back, period. Why do we ask for this? To verify account ownership, nothing more nothing less. If you have paid all this money to us, why feel so offended to prove it? We don't share the images nor we don't store them (after verification they are deleted).   Let me counter all this rage with a question:
If you have paid this money, why are you so afraid to show it to the CS staff who's sole job it is to assist you in getting your account back?
