I'm a gamer, just like you guys, and I'd love to be able to promise you that everything will be sorted at X hour and that nothing will got wrong again alas I don't want to make a promise I can't hold :(.   I know it's frustrating, really, I do, but I hope you understand that I'm doing what I can do make sure that the Minsk crew know the issue isn't solved and that they need to keep looking.
