Does water slow shell?

Pretty much for the same reason.    (BTW in the movie/TV when you saw they film someone jumping in the water, shoot at by SMG or AR rounds but still run away without a scratch-----I don't think it's true. Even you dived deep enough you might still got one or two shots for sure.)    Anyway for tank it is almost impossible.   PS: I don't know what are all those nergreps about. Although I don't care but I'm actually quite pissed off by that.
