you consider to be spam. If you feel it's so annoying use the
report spam tool in-game, when enough reports are filled the player
gets punished. Oh, and as has been pointed out, in 8.11 you
will be able to disable chat so the answer to your question, I
guess, is "Yes we are doing something about this".
