eekeeboo: This is incorrect and misleading. We know people got their emblems,
we also know and had many people saying that they received 2-4
commanders (as you say). The difference you're seeing is between
the people who watch the content and hope to get stuff, and the
people who watch the content only to get the free
stuff. The people who try to watch the minimum to get
all the stuff they can are going to be more frustrated and watch
every second they spend doing it and not taking part or caring
about what's happening on stream. There is little to do to change
that attitude from our end and while drops can be frustrating it is
clearly stated not guaranteed, because why else would that epic
drop be special? Then it would just be a "drop". The
point is not to farm your viewtime for drops, you're not supposed
to figure out a % then decide I'm going to watch x number of
hours/minutes to then maximise my chance of the free stuff. Like
anything else with a freebie of this nature, you do have a small
chance. But you don't go out and buy 1 million packs of pringles to
get the TV it says you can win.

about selling commanders that represent real people with their
voiceline and appearance for money. It's not as simple as making
money from their commanders, if it were, then it would have been
done. So yes, it is typical we consider carefuly and legal
ramifications and difficulties

You can make that informed decision to start with. If you're
watching just for the free stuff you will resent any time you don't
get it. It's simple that you can accept you want to watch anyway
and accept all the freebies or you can count every second resenting
someone or some people for not getting your "rightful" goodies.
What you call decency can just lead people to trying to "farm"
their watch time more and not lead to anything positive, because
you have a low drop chance, people complain anyway. We have tried
this system with the changes coming to drops and still have the
issue where giving free stuff in liberal or even limited
quantities has people complaining due a sense of
entitlement.

one, just because you don't get it, doesn't mean no one else
does/should/will/could get it either.
