Why do people that suck HARD even bother to play?

eekeeboo: For many people fun isn't winning or being the best statistically etc. It's dirivng a tank, shooting another tank and maybe... you get lucky and do amazing, but they want to drive a tank and shoot other tanks. There's even people who don't care about the shooting part... they like to paint their tanks.
