eekeeboo: Depending on the pingplotter info depends what or if there is anything you can do. This is where the best help is to contact support for help if you want to keep your information more secure, but for more public help, there's little people here can do with the limited info provided. For instance some IP info will help find out if it's an ISP or certain country data centre etc.
