splashed on the outer circle of the blast radius of the shell. You
can review HE shell mechanics in the wiki page and see for yourself
how it's calculated and where it comes from.

and see how the wheels extend past the hull of the vehicle, thus
hitting wheel with nothing behind it is a critical hit and no
damage. HE will at least cause some damage as well as increase
critical hit on other vehicles to slow it down. These vehicles do
not outclass everything, they are difficult tanks to play and are
easily countered. That's helpful and factual
information on how you can overcome the situation, or you can not
listen and still blame the system and still experience the same
problem.

example with HWK30 wich has 102 pen with he round and 320 dmg. Of
course only 80 or 90 dmg and in return they hit me with 350 dmg HE.
