What will happen is that a lot of ppl will simply stop along
the way at T8, putting even more pressure on the MM instead of
increasing T10 population.eekeeboo: It acts as both, previously the main focus was on boosters
and more suitable for people already at the top. That was never the
intention of TotT, which was to always get people to higher tiers
as that's where most people want to get to and the discounts help
massively with this. I'm not sure where the more
notice for TotT would be required as you will be playing those
lines after the announcement and don't activate until later,
playing before then doesn't necessarily give you an advantage and
announcing sooner will not change anything, while there are lots of
other announcements and information to share.
