eekeeboo:   So these are the things to look at, in the latter part of the video you will notice radius distance effect changes too!

eekeeboo:   There will be minor changes to individual arty, the main balance mentioned is intended to prevent the issue of all 3 arty hitting you all at once and you having a VERY bad time for a long time.

eekeeboo:   Good points well made, but I want to also encourage you to consider the effect smoke screens would have, for those who want to grief and troll teammates.

First, artillery was the "whack-a-mole" and it was a pain to land a shot, but when it landed, it hurt like hell. People cried, mamma WG answered, and we got the 9.18 big nerf.   Then, artillery becomes this poor joke of a class where damage has become pathetic, but we get the stun mechanic which does two things - 1) makes players even more frustrated than they usually are and 2) SHOULD make arties team-based vehicles but hardly does that since actual teamwork is a rare sight in randoms.
Now, we're getting the stun effectiveness nerfed (plus additional nerfs here and there) with nothing to counterbalance it (e.g. buff to alpha). Also, we still have several maps that limit the usefulness of arty to almost nothing.

Perhaps you should just remove the class, refund the credits, exp and gold, and be done with it once and for all? WoWs did something similar with aircraft carriers, so there's a precedent. And last I checked, WoWs is a WG game.

eekeeboo:   But if players do continue to go for damage, at the very least you will not have the current stacked stun.
