Is it me or is this patch "empty"?

eekeeboo: As mentioned above, not all patches can be massive and game-changing, some can be fun, some can be fixed, others can be engaging, others are world changing. That's why the build-up to this patch is not what the build-up to say the special ammo changes will be for instance.
