the matching of like tank with like tank. In the olden days
it was possible for 3 super heavies to be matched up against 3
lightly armoured meds. That doesn't happen any more.
It's a huge improvement. The reason that nobody moans about
this (other than the rare occasions where it doesn't quite work out
and a heavy gets matched against a med) is because it is
popular. We all like it, so there is nothing to say.
The mistake that WG made was assuming that we didn't like being one
of the few bottom tiers and wanted to be part of the majority
bottom tier ALL THE TIME. If WG had just implemented the
tank type matching and not done ANY of the template stuff, I think
the changes would have been welcomed. 10:48 Added after 2 minutes
Another big improvement was the removal of Fail
Platoons. Does anyone remember how annoying it was to have a
T1 Cunningham in your Tier 10 team ? They nearly always got
TKed 8-12 seconds after the start of the battle.eekeeboo: Another big improvement was the removal of Fail

TKed 8-12 seconds after the start of the battle. Part
of the being bottom tier is that though you and maybe a few were OK
with it, it was a very popular dislike. There were many issues and
complaints in the past over the issues (before I was a CM and I
remember it well!)

thread to see how untrue that is since some posts, let's use mine
for example, simply outlined there was still no reduction in arty
per battle yet that comment got removed and I got a warning by
mods while there's currently other comments that ACTUALLY
offend and contain curse words still plentiful which were posted
before I left my feedback on the matter. There's no consistency,
the moderating is erratic and on a pick and chose basis to what
mods like and don't like in their opinions rather than adhering to
forum rooms. Based on your points and stepping outside of this
thread most all the gameplay comments could be should down right
now as most are either non-constructive whine threads about cars or
arty or whatever and many contain offensive words or references to
wheelchairs or cancer etc etc. So lets be honest here. BTW,
negative feedback is a good thing, if players/clients/customers
can't come to a forum and talk about and question not just the good
things but also the negative aspects and findings in a mature and
non-offensive way then where? what's the point of the forum if
anything other than positive feedback is removed or muted? That's
not good for the game, suggests all feedback is basically ignored
and means this is not so much a forum and more of a place where WG
can promote their game and developments, negative feedback be
damned. That's not a forum.eekeeboo: The main issue you're experiencing right now is that the
rules are very clear about being constructive, discussing
moderation action and swearing etc. I understand you may personally
feel differently, but the forum rules are what they are and you are
required to follow them. The main thing you need to worry on is
your own actions and breaking the rules as others are reviewed on
an ongoing basis. People swearing and using terms that are
offensive are punished, but it's impossible to punish every single
one as soon as they pop up. If you see one, then report it.
There's negative feedback and done so constructively which
is fine and actively encouraged. Negative feedback that has nothing
other than elements of complaining/whining is not something that
helps anyone. You are mistaking negative feedback for toxic
communication.
