I have run enough marathons in my day yes they are tough but such is the nature of that challenge, a game marathon should STILL be fun should be within reach of the vast majority of players now imagine a major marathon closing the finishing gate at say 4hrs. Now a runner will complete that and for some quite easily but for others it will be a tough challenge that pushes them and yet for others impossible. A game should not have an impossible element to it but hey hold on the race organisers say pay us some more money and we will give you the medal anyway ! Now imagine the complaints the race would be shown up and so embarrassed they change the policy. Wargamming have no such shame and it is part because of players like you thinking me, me, me, rather than the whole player base. Even the worst player in this game should be able to get the tank it will just take them longer they should not feel pressurised to complete a marathon in under 4hrs when the best they can do is 6hrs. So a long lasting OR difficult task or activity NOT an impossible one and for some players it is impossible.

eekeeboo:   Not so much, I've tried to mostly remain quiet here to allow discussion. But "Even the worst player in this game should be able to get the tank" - This is false, whether you like it or not, and I apologise for being blunt, but no one should be rewarded for zero effort and no intention to earn something vs those who do and will. As soon as you do that, the people who try and pay suddenly don't see any reason to do so.
