believe it was that, i may have the name wrong].but it was a big
hoohaw about someone doing a lot of ranting and swearing re
the prem tanks. so, in reality, all you need to be a CC is a
passing interest in the game and a Belorussian
missus.. 
FYI, if you get to be a CC if your good at the
game, how did jingles get his CC membership?eekeeboo: Community Contributor outlines and guidelines are available
in another thread highlighting this. These are people who
contribute to the community by creating and providing a variety of
resources. While the current program is revamped and reworked to be
slimmer and more streamlined.
