I have read the EULA but you guys must admit the you are
making also errors when banning players for using your allowed
mods.eekeeboo: Can you confirm you only used the mod from the mod hub? That
there were no other mods installed or used on the machine, that you
never let anyone else use your PC or account who could have used an
illegal mod? Did you check the mods you used? For the
refund, you can check the EULA and the status on your rights for
such things. If you can truly and honestly say you have completely
avoided all of the above situations and there's absolutely no way
you could have used a mod or an illegal mod then I request you
provide this mod to be investigated.
