Each "friend" is a potential place for the one below the line. and
finally it was officially approved. We all know it's not against

When you're taking actions to punish someone, you do not do it on
speculation, that's nor fair or right. Things being moral aside,
you can't punish someone for breaking a non-existent rule, that's
