about using only unpopular but making sure we don't have instances
of people just voting with the trend and people will be more likely
to vote for a Russian medium over a German medium for instance.
It's your choice to do this or not, but at least there will be a
variety so that those who do, will have the opportunity, whereas
before it didn't work out that way.
