Reporting for Duty

eekeeboo: Though I very much appreciate the comments. I would like to point out the whole community team, moderators and customer support team work really hard and try to do so as a team. Unfortunately we can't always get this right (myself included) as humans we're prone to errors, mistakes and of course, I wish life only had 25% RNG sometimes!    We always strive to do better and learn from our mistakes, I've mentioned before though my strength and weakness is I'm very straight forward with my responses. Some people appreciate this, others not so much, the amount of communication required you can't please everyone but we try to at least get it right most of the time!
