Team play vanished?

eekeeboo: Usually, encouraging teamplay can come from you.    Help the person on their side/roof. When someone pings for support, relocate and help them if it's safe to do so etc.    Never be afraid to say thank-you for the support and help and ask nicely. Doesn't always work, but you have to encourage it little by little.
