why is this forbidden as a username/clan name etc?

eekeeboo: I would hope for obvious reasons, least of which... it's in the rules, ToS, and the EULA. You should be able to understand why.    People generally can't discuss these things without resorting to the age-old "I will win this debate by arguing, I will win this argument by being the loudest and using the most insulting words".
