eekeeboo: Moderation is easier on the forums because I can check everything and read back as can mods. People when they report things can be found.    In-battle people will generally not report people for either shared view or because they've run out of reports, reporting arty instead etc.    The forum name and shame, for those who were around at the time, are to prevent the dark times of people witch hunting on the forums.
