eekeeboo: The rules are there for a very good reason with more than a few opportunities to not be on the wrong side of them.    I'm sorry to hear your friend is not having luck with those rules, but it's important to not allow a precedence of banned players and people using illegal mods having "one more chance" every time they're banned with clear rules in place.
