eekeeboo: This is unfortunately due to the nature of how many times
peoples tickets that are submitted can be solved by literally doing
things like "make sure it's plugged in" etc. when you
re-open a ticket though it should trigger at the very least a
closer look at your ticket and thus possibly get you more of the
help you need!
