about game which is constantly updated and kept current to be at
this very moment actual. This kind of approach to
game/software is intended for keeping it alive.
So lets be even more accurate what is happening to this game
looklike it is being killed (by bad decisions from 2017). Dont tell
me that i dont have complete informations because i do. I dont need
informations from WG point of view i have informations from player
point of view (because iam playing it and watching what is
happening). And again in 2016 nobody ever mentioned that game is
dying i dont know where you have found that claim "people are
saying that 3y" - that is not fact or argument. But i can provide
you fact (confirmed in that video) that in 2016 my clan had 80
players active every day while now in 2019 i can see barely 20
online every day. So I dont need your "full picture" people are
very well avare about what is happening and now they have
serious reason to say "game is dying". But it is not dying it is
being killed. All this rant is just about one thing. We dont
like that WG is killing this game by series of bad decisions. I
love this game and i wish long life to this game. It
was intended to live long just like any other software with
support and constant updates. The questions is - why it is
getting worse since 2017 and who is behind this bad events...
eekeeboo: By complete information, you don't have new players vs
players leaving - these are necessary figures when assessing the
state of your population and the reason for the decline. It's not
about from who's point of view, it's about the full picture, which
you for obvious reasons do not have. Not to mention very few games
make it to the age of WoT let alone in a Free to Play market.
Just a quick google result (top one) The difference between a
full picture and not, is I remember these and I've only been a WoT
CM for 3 weeks now, and I remember those statements from all
regions. You can readily find the natural life
span/cycle of all games, ever that every game goes through, with no
exception. I understand your sentiment and
frustration, I also appreciate it because it shows you care. But to
better understand and thus deal with the issues that people such as
yourself have, is to accurately and properly identify those issues
and not be blinded by superficial or shiny things thrown around.
Attempts to remedy some of these should be seen by the attempts to
changes and introduction in 2019, but even then is there a
guarantee it will work? No, because of the nature of WoT and the
playerbase it has. I've never said all things are Rosey and bright,
but a realistic and objective view not a subjective one. It's
important to always ask why and not just listen to the first answer
you get when talking about things like player decline. You want
lots of answers from lots of people and by that I mean lots of
different types of people from all over, including not just the
forums, not just paying customers, not just the most paying etc.
But all players from all servers on all ages and across all the
other variables and demographics you can include in playerbase
identification.
