Are German Tanks "overnerfed"?

eekeeboo: German tanks have generally seen more buffs than nerfs. It's just that as the game evolves, new mechanics arrive and new maps are introduced the old status quo can feel outdated/aged. This is why they are due for rebalancing in 2019.
