Player Suicide(mostly SPG) - It's Ridiculous Now

eekeeboo: I know I personally will report any person who deliberately suicides to prevent enemy team damage after spending all game sniping at someone, and wherever possible will shoot the flooded corpse of the player to ensure they also have a higher repair bill.    I know there was a solution tried in the past to discourage this, but how do you distinguish between those you attempted to do it deliberately and those who were just REALLY unlucky sliding off a bridge or finding out you can't actually survive the drop!
