Voting for EU 1/2 servers with arty and without arty.

eekeeboo:   I'm not suggesting or saying it's going to be AW PvE, but think ships PvE or training battles for new players. Yes there's the possibility of bots filling spaces like WoWP but at the end of the day the assumption it's a solution to fix low population is not quite right and something I felt needed pointing out.
