Can wargaming please fix the ban system?

eekeeboo:   People will always exploit something, just like having swearing filter and using * to fill the gap, it's a minor transgression in comparison to full on swearing rant, but it's still breaking the rules. Just trying to put into perspective no matter how strict you make them you will have someone abusing it, while simultaneously increasing the risk of having innocent people fall victim (which has happened to people in the past in incidents).
