Can wargaming please fix the ban system?

The stocks were an effective tool for a reason. and for all
the dummies, that is stocks eekeeboo: They are pretty important in part to prevent bullying
and harassment. Mob rule is not reliable or generally a good idea
for administering "justice". The name and shame system prevent
this, it's not perfect, but it's better than innocent
victims.
Can wargaming please fix the ban system?
