eekeeboo:   Apologies for the delay in response, busy times!  As mentioned I've passed on the feedback, after that, I can't make any more promises or comments on compensation (if there will be any).   

eekeeboo:    I understand the frustration (I really do, not just a phrase), I'm merely keeping to facts of the matter so that there will be realistic expectations and no broken dreams. I can add that I will endeavor to try and prevent future such instances like these, hopefully ensuring there will never be a repeat.
