eekeeboo: Your best bet for the mission is getting a strong tier 8 like the object 416, nearly all the people who have followed the advice then switched to this tank for the mission have then swiftly (not straight away) completed the mission. If you want to increase the speed, get into a platoon with a tier 10 and you're guaranteed at least tier 10 matchmaking.
