Object 260 - TD-2 (Aimed Fire) Bugged?

eekeeboo: The general rule for this mission is, red modules that do not get repaired and dead crew. I see only 2 crew dead, technically the gun should do it, but by the end of the game, it is likely that it was repaired by the enemy and possibly did not count properly?    Usually for this mission you want lots of dead crews and/or fires that burn everything and ammo racks.
