eekeeboo: A) fresh install of windows 10 will solve a great deal many of peoples boot problems etc.  B) Privacy/Snooping etc, just read the bloody instructions and use the settings and you will have nothing monitored at all....... seriously, just read.  C) Cortana a problem? turn it off.  D) Tanks does not yet fully utilise DX 12, this will come with time... I swear there used to be an options option to select which dx to use   Don't get me wrong, there are issues, but nothing that simple literacy skills couldn't fix...... So for the love of RNGebus STOP with all this OS scaremongering etc....
