eekeeboo: Artillery was never regretted as a game mechanic when put into the game, it was in fact a staple item/mechanic to combat heavy armored tanks before premium rounds were found to be spammed everywhere.    Furthermore artillery became more of a problem for many with the advent of xvm... where people stop using artillery to support the team or balance a battle, but shoot by colour and will follow the higher rated colour all game long with no regard to the rest of the battle.    This being said regardless of all arguments counter and for artillery, I will take a team of artillery sitting in the base over a team of TD's sitting in the base any day.
