admin: Our last interview dedicated to Ural Steel Championship was held
with the captain of the winning team in 10/140 division 1 SBP (1
Sarmacki Batalion Pancerny) Redbull12. The captain told us the
story of the team gathering and even revealed some secrets of their
tactics.

- We are all clan members of 1 SBP. 1 SBP is a clan where we have only two restrictions: high level of personal culture and age above 21 years. The oldest player in our squad is over 50 years old! My team in Absolute Tier was chosen among the best of the best in our clan. We are all experienced players with more than 5000 battles each.
- Wow, that does sound impressive! So, what was the main incentive for you to take part in Ural Steel Championship?
- Ural Steel? Competition with the best clans on EU server? Great prizes? We have to be here!
- Pretty advantageous you, guys, are! However I am sure that the preparation to the Championship took you longer than making the decision itself. Do you mind sharing with the readers the information about what vehicles were the most popular among your team mates and maybe even something about the tactics your team combat can be characterized by?
- Tier 10 Heavy Tanks are the best balanced in-game tanks. All have equal number of advantages and disadvantages and you have to choose your tier 10 tank wisely, depending on which tactics you want to play and the map which is played. This makes playing in Absolute Tier very rich in tactical and line-up opportunities and the best way to win is to combine your forces wisely.
- Were there any rivals who tried to make your lives really difficult on the battlefields?
- Of course! Plenty of them. In Absolute Tier you have to face very experienced opponents who have a lot of battles on their accounts and at least one Tier 10 in a garage. Every match was extremely difficult to win. Especially the semifinal with Pirates and the final with 1stPAD. We will remember those matches for years!
- Taking into consideration the experience and skills necessary for successful performance in 10/140 division how do you feel about the Grand Finals in Moscow? What do you think about your opponents-to-be?
- First of all, I am very excited about the meeting in person with my friends from EU Server (clan members of 1 SBP, 1stPAD and Pirates) in Moscow. I am a little afraid of the Russian players. They must have played more matches, they obviously got more experience during their tournament. The problem is also that the US and EU servers were wiped while Russians still have possibility to play and train their Tier X tanks. We will have to do our best to beat them. EU server will prevail!
- What do you think about the organization of the Championship? Would you like to have changed anything or to advise on some changes in the upcoming Grand Finals?
- Everything was perfect. I regret only one thing - in such a serious tournament with such great opponents I would prefer to have played more matches. The League system first and later play-offs would have been the best solution. I think the tournament would have been more interesting if every round had been played on different maps. It would have brought everyone an opportunity to use more different tactics and line-ups.
- And my last question is of course about whether you would like to wish anything to your partners and supporters?
- I wish all European Teams to hold such a high level of gameplay as it is now. I am very happy that all our matches were played in friendly atmosphere of sport rivalry. Special thanks to clan members of 1stPAD Alpha Squad who joined our TeamSpeak channel after a lost battle and personally congratulated us on our winning. We were chatting friendly till 3 AM
Thank you very much for the interview! We wish you to be as successful and professional as you are now. And we also wish you to have great time in Russia! Hopefully your meeting with your mates will bring you a lot of joy and fun. See you in Moscow!
