Upcoming arty nerf?

Wysch: I think that comment, if it was Storm's, might have been a troll-ish joke. The dude in the thread ended his comment like "P.S. yes, gimme the smart replies like 'arty must suffer'". And then Storm, if it was him (idk), replied: "Arty will be nerfed soon again."   So... I don't know, it might be just a bad joke
