Banned Mods

Wysch: Sorry, for asking here, I just seem to not be able to find a really good EU topic on this forum. If there is such a topic, I am really sorry that I couldn't find it    Is there an official topic here somewhere on EU forum where I can suggest any mods that should be banned?
