English language only Server?

Next question would be, why even being bother by communicating with other people during the game? One does not simply want to win, when playing a bottom tier, arty or scout, simply tanks that can't win the battle on their own. Right? Seems stupid to me, urging people to use English in general chat, otherwise they'll get banned, and letting them spam the battle chat in their mother tongues. Either unite it, or - better - give us some place to find a team that can be coordinated and cooperative. Don't get me wrong, I love playing on random, but random games can't be coordinated every time. And yet those guys in Minsk said it, "well coordinated blah blah". Seems ridiculously stupid to me, banning people for not using English, and not banning them for spamming non-english in the game.
