English language only Server?

During last two weeks I was wondering, why people are being banned in the general chat for not using English, while in the random battles they spam the whole chat with their "mother" languages all day long and of course they don't understand, when you ask them nicely to back off and don't hug your tank's arse.
I was wondering what would it take to actually unite the rules of using different languages in the general chat and in the game itself. As you can see, English is not my mother tongue as well, my English is rusty and resembles five year old kid's English. But it is still better than my Polish. Or my French, or my Serbian or my Russian or my Romanian, or my Greek etc. I simply can't speak all the languages I see in random battles' chat. Now you might think this is funny and actually not deciding about the outcome of the battle. Now you are wrong. In the game's tips/hints you, dear WG, did put in all those loading screens, there is one. Something like "a well coordinated and cooperative team is a winning team". How are we supposed to be coordinated, if we can't speak to each other and understand each other? What drives me mad, actually, are all those guys, who simply don't understand a simple English sentences like "please go back and defend the base". Lately I started to play the tier 4 German artillery just because it is fun and I like to be a scumbag. Now how many of my games were looking like this: 13 players of my team lemminged and stopped. Normal day in WoT, you might say. Yes. Maybe it wouldn't end always like this, if these players actually understood what I was saying. I can basically use four languages, but it's not enough and since English is the only allowed language in the general chat, I thought for 19k battles English is basically also the only supported language in the game. Well, of course it isn't. (Just FYI, I already tried it. When I was alone with one player left, I tried all the languages I speak and found out he was a Czech, like me. I told him to go there and there and hide there so we, outnumbered and outgunned, can at least go for a draw, because the clock was ticking. He understood and followed my suggestion. And voila, we made it to the draw, and if he stayed in the same spot he was, he would be spotted and killed in the next minute. The draw was a win for us and I am sure I actually won the game, because I was able to tell this player where he should go and survive. And he did. Now, I am not a greatest player, I am actually pretty horrible player, but I have my moments :) ) What I am suggesting, is simple. Please open an English-only server. I believe there will be a lot players actually happy seeing it live. These kinds of servers exist in many many games and if not, it's in some MMORPG games where guilds are actually great for players who seek people speaking the same language. If this English-only server would be running, I imagine there would be a rule and an use of every other language would be insta-banned, so the people would realize this is really an English server only and never speak a non-english word there anymore.
Also I hope this would eliminate all the "derogatory" comments about "siemkas, moins" and such. You know what I mean. Also this could change the attitude of your support where your employees think that names of cultures like Gypsies, Jews, Welsh, Scottish or even my culture, Bohemians, are derogatory.
Or, if you don't want to waste any more money, dear WG, although I don't think you're poor (although yesterday's lags on EU1 were amazing), please allow all of the languages in the general chat and don't ban people, who don't speak English, so they can't understand the rules they confirmed when they ran the game for the first time.
I think our European community, still rising and getting more and more players, would deserve a server, where everyone would understand anyone and made the game even better and following your hints (well coordinated team is... etc.), because everyone on that server would speak English and mainly UNDERSTAND.
We, dear WG, are not like Russians, who speak all the same language, or NA players, who basically all speak English, we are Europeans and in the Europe there is lot of cultures and nations, which actually don't even teach English in their schools. Or some people simply don't wanna learn English, because they're too old or too lazy, and being well coordinated and cooperative requires using the same language, because we are humans and we communicate with each other by languages and not animal gestures, and this all requires the knowledge of the same language.
Opening an English-only server, I believe, would make more and more players happy, because we all want to play and enjoy the game and also we all want to win. And following your hint, we need to coordinate and communicate. Which is impossible now. Pretty often. Now I know people, who don't speak English, would still log into this server, and they still would not understand a single thing, but once they'd say one word of different language, they would be banned (just on that server alone).
