Decreasing the price or nerfing the Lowe are obviously not done and will cause much outrage among current owners - so I understand why you did not do that. However, I do find the solution to (massively) increase the price of the Lowe a bit unhappy. Why not opt for finetuning of the specifications of the KV-5 when it underperforms?
Right now to me it just looks like Wargaming brought out a mediocre tank for 7500 gold - with people fully expecting it to perform similar to a Lowe in terms of cash/xp revenue by its price - and then later on increase the Lowe price for some nice profit.
I think this will not be received all too well imho...

They were purchased with real money and change in their
specializations won't be right from our part. If we will nerf Lowe
tank, many of our users will have different tank to one they have
purchased. If we buff KV-5, we will offend tankers, who bought
Lowe. Because probably with new characteristics they would prefer
to nuy the Soviet brother.

UPD. If we lower balance weight for KV-5, it will be too overpowered for the tanks with which he will be balanced. As you may know, according to the game concept Premium tanks have to be worse in performance, than usual tanks of the same tier with top modules researched and mounted.
