The second statement is just wrong(?!), can somebody clarify it - for example, if clan has 95 guys, and ONE has not played with tier 6 or higher, clan still is able to participate in CW?
Because the "normal way should be" - that only members that played tier6 or higher counts as chips for clan (so in my example clan would participate but "only" with 94 chips)
