Full Tech Trees Revised and Improved

Right now I know where I am going with my 2 primary options, one will be unaffected while the other goes all over the place once revised. The potential to end-up away from your next target on the tree, & discard & re-grind beggars belief - & this can be repeated multiple times depending on the players current plans.

I've got 2 questions:
1) I've got the Panzer Pzkpf III in order to get the Pzkpf IV. After the new update, I couldn't have the Pz IV? I can only have the Pz III/IV?
2) If I get the IV before the update (researched and bought), can I continue the III line for the III/IV AND the IV line for VK3001(P)?
