Full Tech Trees Revised and Improved

Will we see any of these changes in the next patch? Namely the links between tanks that will be available in the next patch and that won't change tier, such as the link between Pz 38(t) NA and Panzer IV, Panzer III and Panzer III/IV, M7 and M4A1.
Depending on the answer, I may have to switch the branches which I'm grinding.
