Vallter: It has a 50% training. But with a tank you receive gold more than
enough to train it yourself.

Vallter: We tested it as a Tier 7 and decided that it should be implemented
as a Tier 8 Tank. Remember, that Premium tanks are a bit weaker
than normal tanks. But you do not need to research them
tank-by-tank in the Tech Tree. Also they receive increased amount
of credits and XP
