A new art system, in a WW2/1940s style and feel

Vallter: Artillery is working as was planned. SPG won't be changed to fire in the way the topic starter suggested, but we will add an 'Artillery Strike' feature for Clan Wars. The captain of the defending clan will be able to start an artillery barrage and put in flames the certain minimap square.
