Crashing during loading screen

Very fast and right to the desktop. No errors are shown. Always during the loading screen. When I attempt to start the game again, I get to the same spot in the loading screen while my tank sits there and incurs a fat repair bill. This is getting on my nerves. This game is so addicting but the constant crashing has left a bad taste in my mouth. The red ground I saw one day was kinda odd but didn't drive me insane like this is.
Also, after every uninstall I check the directory to see if any files are left. There is always one lod0 file that i can not delete... Maybe that has something to do with it. Idk.
Win 7 Pro, 64bit, Intel i7 3.33GHz 12GB of ram. Quad GTX 295's.

Please open the following ports in the net settings:
IPs: 174.34.231.0-174.34.231.255
All destination UDP ports: 20013, 20014, 20018, 32801-32825
TCP game ports: 80, 443, 1080, 3128, 8080, 8081, 8088, 8888, 53
UDP voice chat ports: 12000-29999, 5060, 5062, 3478, 3479
Allow WorldOfTanks.exe to use UDP and TCP protocols.
Please, open "hosts" file, located in C:\Windows\winsxs\amd64_microsoft-windows-w..nfrastructure-other_31bf3856ad364e35_6.1.7600.16385_none_6079f415110c0210 folder and type in manually the following line: 174.34.231.143 login-master.worldoftanks.com
All the in-game settings and hosts, used by the game, can be traced in the "preferences.xml" file. Please press Windows key + R and type
%appdata%\wargaming.net\WorldOfTanks Delete "preferences.xml" file and only then reinstall your game client.
Also we suggest you to check your computer with anti-virus software. Some viruses can reduce Internet channel.
Please try all above-stated without skipping any part of instructions.
