Hi there!USD is the currency in which we formulate our agreements with The Tank Museum thus together with the museum we decided to express the donation amount in USD as well. The currency exchange rate between GBP and EUR is a tad volatile, thefore we chose this as the fairest option possible.We did actually round upwards to get the amount to 70,000 USD and further help our friends at The Tank Museum.Fair comment on how we should have also expressed the amount in EUR as its a more widely used currency in our region - now done!
