I want my gold or my money back, NOW.

One of the payments I did a month ago or so. I bought a code just as Wargaming decided to change to a different code system, which rendered my code useless and I had to buy a new one (which worked). The 3 last times I've bought codes, I've enterd the codes properly, I've tripple check for any mistakes, but still have not recived my gold.
Wargaming... It would be nice if I could get my gold or my money back, please.
