every victory after the first victory is a major experience
gathering boost, and as such helps a lot to research the vehicles
and modules you want, additionally, it will also boost the crew
training on your elite vehicles. You do not actually have to
do anything, just play the game and enjoy the bonus.

of this special. The rule of top 10 players is quite logical, and
should not affect anyone who plays even remotely actively. The
rules is there to encourage active play, and discourage passive exp
farming.
