remember the name of it... Also does anyone knows if 1:1
replica tanks have the same armor like the real tanks? No i don't

That is a dream we all can relate to.
Depending on your country of location you may have a chance of getting one (some countries regulations do not allow possession of armored vehicles). Now the prices do tend to vary depending on the type of the tank, its rarity and condition. For example, getting a T-55 would be a lot easier than lets say getting a Panther.
Restoration of an old piece is always a nice start. But...I do not believe I have to imply the resources this project would gobble.
As for the replicas, they should strive to be as much close to the original as possible. But they do come in all sorts of variants.
